The first engineer evicted is…

The first engineer you’ve evicted is… Roisin Mossop One engineer will be evicted every day this week, and you get a new vote each day. Make sure to VOTE to keep your favourite in the competition. A student in each zone will win a voucher for asking great questions! And remember, you can comment on questions the engineers answer. Do you think the engineer is right? Do you disagree with them? Tell them! There was a small window today where our emails weren’t going out as they should, so make sure you go to your profile to check to see if your questions have been answered. The Energy Zone is funded by the Science Foundation Ireland. The Engineers Cathal Ó Murchú | PhD Student, National University of Ireland Trying to protect the environment by making electricity plants cleaner, looking at the materials inside. Róisín Mossop | Graduate Electrical Engineer, EirGrid I work to ensure that you, and everyone else in all of Ireland, have enough electricity at any time to turn on the lights at home, watch TV, charge mobile phones and do anything else that requires electricity. Robert Dowdall | Insight Renewables I develop new bioenergy technology to produce renewable fuels such as biocoal from plants, which helps reduce our impact on the planet.
