      The hoverboard from “back to the future was a fantastic idea”. Everybody wanted one. I wished for one for Christmas one year.

      Nowadays, clever engineers have come up with a kind of hoverboard, to see if they can make it a reality. And guess what, they did!

      Their hover board works by using quantum locking. They place large magnets on the underside of a board. They then supercool an electromagnet ( down close to -273 degrees celcius) an area with liquid nitrogen. This creates a force of repulsion between the board and the ground area and so the board is shown to hover in space.
