Question: If I am buying a phone what phone should I buy

What do you want the phone to do? Once you know that you can pick fairly easily. I think smaller phones are better but the usually are less powerful than the large screen phones.
A larger screen means usually less battery time also. I would recommend an Android device and avoid anything with less that 8GB of built in storage as the phone will be very slow.
